The  IBM System Certification sales specialist has two years of extensive experience in the System x marketplace, selling System x customer solutions. This certified specialist has experience assessing customer business requirements, utilizing sales tools and resources, developing and delivering solutions, and managing customer relationships. To attain the IBM Certified Specialist - System x Sales V6 certification, candidates must pass 1 test.

IBM Certified Systems Expert - System x Sales Expert V3
Job Role Description / Target Audience
IBM Certified Systems Expert - IBM System x Sales Expert V3 will illustrate the advanced sales skills of those exceptional sales professionals with extensive product, customer and application environments.

This IBM System Certification test replaces all previous System x sales fundamentals and will be updated as new products and functions are delivered. This exam will validate the skills of the customer facing System x sales professional.  A minimum of six months successful sales experience is expected.  The successful candidate will have working knowledge of the System x and x86 server product family including eX5 and typically encountered installed IBM and competitive products,  The successful candidate must have functional knowledge of storage and networking options, and IBM and typically encountered system programs, system management, and applications.

All IBM Certification exams are based on experience in the Job Role defined for the exam. Completion of recommended training, and review of publications and reference guides is one component of test preparation. However, it does not ensure that you will successfully pass the certification exam.
